On February 24, 2019 the roof of the Zumbrota Covered Bridge collapsed from a heavy snow load. The 150 year old bridge is the last historic covered bridge in Minnesota.

Since that time, a temporary roof has been installed. We thank Bill Bowser for the recent picture of the bridge showing this repair.
