Blast Causes Minor Damage to Lower Humbert Bridge

North Ursina, Pa. Ja. 30, 2006 - A homemade bomb stained the deck of 115-year-old Lower Humbert Bridge in Somerset County, Pa. There was no damage to the structure of the bridge. The 125-foot Burr-arch Bridge was built in 1891 to span the Lower Turkyfoot Creek.
