Hello Everyone:
Re: Green Sergeant's Covered Bridge

These pictures of the Green Sergeant's Covered Bridge were taken by my sister's friend, Carla who lives about 2 miles from this Covered Bridge. She is a DJ for the radio station in Sergeantsville, NJ where the covered bridge is located. She was kind enough to get these pictures for me which I appreciated her doing this.

The damage from Hurricane Ida's aftermath, which sent us tornadoes, torrential rain and wind, here in NJ, which we never get, did some damage with the tree falling but it could have been alot worse.

We are planning to go up there but she said right now alot of the roads are still closed and some of the other little bridges have been damaged and off their abutments.

So, I just wanted to share this info with you because there really hasn't been any news about our last, authentic covered bridge here in NJ, with having any damage to it from Hurricane Ida.

Take Care!
