Bridgeport Covered Bridge Progress January 2020

January 15, 2020: The Bridgeport Covered Bridge, in the South Yuba River State Park, has been undergoing a restoration for the past six months. Bridgewright Will Truax has been involved in the project since the beginning.

Here is the January update from Herb Lindberg:

"This is a preamble to the series of videos on restoring the covered bridge at Bridgeport, South Yuba River State Park, CA. It summarizes construction of an intermediate cradle to assure that the bridge will not fall into the river from a severe storm or high river flow."
