As in the July reports, many aspects of the rehabilitation and restoration of the covered bridge across the South Yuba River at Bridgeport, CA are in process here:

1. square the distorted end buttresses to ensure uniform transfer of truss loads to abutment reaction forces, and remove rot from the buttress timbers;
2. continue return of truss braces into their lower and upper shoes;
3. continue installation of pile cap rebar at both the north and south portals;
4. create footings in the rebar for portal moment frames;
5. place concrete into north portal rebar to complete its pile cap and moment frame footings,
6. and install the north portal moment frame onto its footings.
